10mm Glock Price - I bought a G20 a year ago from a Glock store and it is a great gun to use on my ranch in northwest Colorado. I have full confidence in his ability to deal with any situation that may arise in this rural area. Winchester silver tipped recoil and muzzle jump make it extremely manageable. For the big game hunter, it is a better handgun.
I felt this was the best weapon for those bear encounters I've had in increasing numbers since trout fishing last year.

Field ejection is a bit tricky with the small release slides - it's hard to load the magazines by hand.
Mm For Self Defense: Is It Too Powerful?
I have since installed a custom release "bar" which makes it much easier to clean after a day of shooting.
I also bought a plastic cover for the handle gap on the side where the magazine goes in. I think dirt can get into the firing mechanism through that place, but I'm clear on that.
With a full magazine, be sure to force it into the body of the gun; it is a pity that the magazine is going down. I hope the magnetic spring weakens a bit.
Have the 20SF. My third Glock and my favorite of the 8 guns. 15 rounds of 10mm are full of firepower.
Gen 3 & 4 Glock 16\
I bought a G20 GEN 4 about a month ago. I bought it at a low price. Even if I had paid more, I would still be a Happy Jelly Guinea!
I went to the range last week and shot 3 different ammo. BLAZER, SIG/SAUER AND ARMSCORE. All 3 did without any problems. But I would say I prefer the ARMSCOR.
I shot all the FMJs in single and semi-automatic fire. The gun worked PERFECT! Of course it's a GLOCK!
I have an old G19 from the early 90's that is still a BRITISH gun. I always carried this, or my RUGER 1911 45ACP when I first bought it.

I have 4 smaller carry weapons but I like MORE POWER! The BOSS, I.E. The woman likes smaller guns anyway. I don't want to make her mad enough to shoot me; she is a much better shot than me! Her father raised her to NRA tournaments in the late 1950s and early 1960s, and she won tons of trophies, always beating the boys! That was to hurt!
I was torn between 10mm and .45 ACP. However, after reviewing many ballistics and performance studies, there was no doubt... the G20 won in every department: velocity and muzzle and target power, flight path, etc. even though the ammo is a little pricey, I'm still glad I got it mainly for personal defense, but if that black bear shows up in my back yard again, I might get some lead shampoo!
I have been dying to get one of these for a while. Never considered a Glock because of the plastic and lack of a safety manual. But, a .45acp fell into my lap and has really grown on me: quality, ergos, simplicity and weight. So this will be my first 10mm, based on my previous Glock experience... 15 rounds of 10mm should be good for anything I find in the Southern Rockies I call "home".
I'm on my second Glock 10mm and I love it. It has recoil but nothing "out of control". I'm not a big guy, but straight out of the box with a little sight tweaking to my liking (no extra gear, just stock) and I've scored every time. Great weapon!!!

Glock 20 January 4 My first gun, strong and sturdy, my special defense for wildlife
This was my first gun, and like your first love, it's always your favorite. In Houston, it's shorts and t-shirt weather nine months of the year, and most of the time I carry its little brother, the Glock 29. But when it's colder and I'm wearing a jacket, I wear the G20 yet. With 16 rounds of hollow point, I think I can handle anything that might come my way. If Sasquatch's poor judgment is anything to go by, the G20 will be more than sorry. I love this gun.
My Glock 20 is my weapon to defend my home, no harm intended but it is the weapon that protects me from wildlife and other intruders
I am looking for a more powerful pistol than my 9MM and .45 ACP. Lots of recommendations for the 10MM so I used one of my Blue Label certifications and bought the Gen 4 G20.
Glock19 Paddle Holster Fits Glock 19, 23, 32 Gen 1,2,3,4,5 Universal Magazine Pouch Fits 9mm,10mm,.357, .40, .45 Caliber|
This firearm is the complete package. It is powerful yet tangible. He has incredible power and I would use him with confidence for any home defense or big game (ie Bears). This is my fifth Glock and I love them all.
It will be interesting to see what a Gen 5 G20 would add to the mix if Glock produces one (of course it will be a new model number). available with this high performance 10mm Auto gun.
