10mm Glock Review - Right off the bat, I'd say F-350 handguns. This is a ridiculous amount of handgun for the average user and one that is not usually carried around town. It is not necessary. But the reason F350s are built is because there are users who know what they need to do great work. It could be carrying heavy payloads, hauling long distances, or just transporting *ss.
The G40 Gen4 is chambered in a 10mm MOS configuration and adds a full six-inch barrel for improved velocity with a magazine capacity of 15 rounds. The G40 Gen4 in MOS configuration is a powerful but easy to carry pistol; Perfect for the farmer, hunter and sport shooter. This handgun is designed to give the hunter the ultimate option in a semi-automatic pistol and has proven to be capable of bringing down game such as whitetail deer, Russian boar and even wild hogs.

The new Glock handgun cases are a big step forward, but I would argue that the G40 belongs in the realm. Opening it, it happened almost by accident because of the contents. Everything will come back to chance, just brush up on certain Tetris skills.

I expected the Glock to be heavy given its size, but it's a gentle giant at just over 28 inches. I wouldn't say beautiful now, even for size. The exposed pistols are long-slung heavy, but it starts to level off when the magazine is inserted (about 40 inches). Not until the red is on me do I find neutral enough for extended shooting sessions.
A very large quiver. Small hands should not apply, even without a back. My wife, who can hold a medium back-strap G17 9mm reasonably well, has a hard time tightening her grip and reaching for the trigger at the same time. My medium-sized hands find the shortest setting the most comfortable, but the middle step back is the most comfortable, as I take a high grip on the gun and cut the slide. Unlike other competition-oriented Glock handguns, the G40 does not have an extended slide.
I'm sure it will be mentioned a few times, but for transmission purposes this is the Glock Gen 4. Finger grip striped (which I need) square grip pattern texture (which I also like), large and reversible. Very low undercut on trigger guard magazine release and middle finger. These come with adjustable Glock sight modules (which are useful, but are horrible) and interestingly, the rear end of the sight lip is somewhat threatening. Not sure if this is an engineering oversight, but "perfection" is annoying.
The MOS system or "Modular Optical System" is newer and I found it a wonderful addition to the Glock family. Offered with the G40 and its smaller 9mm/.40 siblings, it has a factory-cut optic on the slide. By no means is it necessary, since the aftermarket has been doing it for years, but it is useful and really helps bring "perfection" closer to perfection.

Author's note - the PFI optic is separate from the Pride Fowler, it is not compatible with the MOS system. When it's set to a model, the optic sits farther back to actually focus on the handgun's slide. I got my hands on a Trigecon mini-dot to test the MOS system (not pictured).
Typically, those who needed it functionally had to either buy it aftermarket, mill it, or use an adapter plate that placed the optics higher. There are at least some advantages that make this a borrowed device. Since they are already loaded into the milling machine, the sections are easier and cheaper to assemble, can be polished rather than leaving the cutting area bare, and produces tighter tolerances than separate machine loads.
The MOS mounting area just sits in front of the rear rear sight. As you can see, the plate is made with a flush and a profile that matches the slide. The combination is excellent and only these solid eyes or handguns can take close notice of what the optician can get. The plate is held on the head by two screws and is easily removed to mount the optic. Slide up the adapter plate and select the optic to the level plate. voila
Sometimes he gets on, brings another grip. There are very few workshop spaces for any type of certification. Another survey from Glock, considering the cost of injection molding. I know there are many aftermarket systems out there, but at least Glock could have tried.

If someone has shot a 10mm before, there is nothing surprising about the Glock's performance. Cartridge, to me, is exactly like its daughter .40 S&W. There is some snapping to the snap, which the dual spring and heavy slide help dampen, but not so much that I could go on in another paragraph.
Accuracy remains average to my skill with the pellet, but the sight radius of the long sights is iron (usually 2″ when shooting with a G19). Adding in the optic (supplied by PFI – more detailed review coming later), I was able to narrow it down some more, shooting 2.0″ at 25 yards.
As with almost every review written in the group, the Glock trigger is long, dark and solid. However, I am not a fan of this, as Glock chose to remove the locks found on most other handguns. It actually reinforces the passive safety, which after about three comments really started to cause discomfort in my trigger finger. After 100 rounds, he absolutely hated it. Of course, personal preference will rule the day, but this is a Glock that needs an aftermarket transition, in my opinion.
Fortunately, the MOS system really shines in the handgun. True to Glock's purpose, adding in optics makes it a "long" handgun with real hunting capabilities. For old sights or for quick target acquisition on moving targets, the red flash on the handgun. With better trigger control or a better exchange of bangs, the G40 can and does live up to Glock's best selling hunting handgun.

I will note, however, that handloading from a long barrel will be most required. Factory 10mm loads are "cut".
Author's Note: While Glock deprecated the practice, shooting the .40 S&W up to 10mm was possible, if not more pleasant due to the better slide to mass powder transport ratio. Glock claims that your warranty is void, and rightly so, as if someone fired a round from their own range. TFB and I do not recommend this at home.
The problem with listing Glocks is that they are bullets. Of course, there is not much news left about those writers who are so imaginative in prose. There is no casino here. The G40 is a Gen 4 Glock at its core, but a lot bigger. This handgun is great for those who want or need a 10mm. If you don't need 10mm, the trade-off to be there with a larger handle and larger size is not worth it, in my opinion.
On the other hand, the MOS mounting system is highly praised and is a solid step for the notoriously conservative Glock company. With simple plates to mount almost any micro red-dot imaginable (not just PFI), it's a versatile system that works well, although I'm curious to see how different red-dot systems grow.
The Glock 20 10mm Handgun: A Reliable Gun Or Over Hyped?
Ultimately, the combination of the two makes this a new Glock. It is certified as a handgun with a 6″ long barrel (although it needs to be reloaded to take full advantage of this length). Additionally, it's sure to be trigger-free, and the red-featured look can be mounted without having to slide to the slide or locating a mounting accessory.
Therefore, if you need a lot of guns, this is a solid super-duty. If you don't need much gun, go with the smaller option, you'll be much happier.
